Shipping & returns

Your orders will be shipped as soon as possible usually within two days. But with the current situation, timelines may differ.
You will receive an email and a call, in case there is any logistic issue.
Upon successful shipment of your order, tracking details will be sent to check the status of your order.
Products are usually delivered within 10 days of shipping and in some cases 12-15 days.
Shipping to areas lying in the contaminated zones may be denied by our logistic partners. In this case, your order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.
Shipments will be charged in certain pin codes. Any supplementary costs like entry taxes shall be borne by us.

While ordering a product, the system will specify whether we charge for shipments to your pin-code or not when a pin code is entered in the address field.
